We have made Course & People start to swim to 8 Session. However people who have fear of the water take slightly longer.
For ladies you will need Swimming goggles, cap & costume & for Adults Swimming goggles, costume, Cap & would do.
You can get it from almost any sports Shop or if you want we will arrange it for you.
